TRISTRAM HOLLEY
Lead vocals / Harmonica
A veteran of the Leicester blues scene. Over the last 30 years he has criss-crossed the country playing with bands like 4 'til Late, The Revelators, The Boll Weevils and Slim Jim Blues. He brings a heady mix of Howling Wolf, Jagger and Warren Zevon as major influences into the band.
KEITH HEWITSON
Drums / Percussion
Together with keys Steve Rollings, Keith is a founder member of the band. He is a consummate professional and a no-nonsense powerhouse of a drummer playing in the groove with plenty of soul and feel. A very experienced musician, his first gig as 15 year old was in a village hall in Leicestershire which he travelled to on a bus together with his kit. He must have done good because he got a lift home. Back in the day whilst playing for other bands he was fortunate to have supported many of the greats including The Who, Deep Purple, Uriah Heep and Rory Gallagher to name a few
STEVE ROLLINGS
Keyboards / Backing vocals
Long-time piano/ keys player in many genres including Soul, Reggae, Punk and Funk, Steve has found his musical home with the Shakedown Brothers.
JOHN HARRIS
Lead / Rhythm Guitar
Playing various styles throughout his career. This includes Folk, fingerstyle through to blues & rock. He has for a number of years performed as guitarist for Kingsize, 60's style 9 piece Ska band adding his blues influence to the main 5 piece brass section. However John is now very pleased to get back to his blues roots with Shakedown Brothers.
TONY MATHER
Bass / Backing vocals
Tony is a very accomplished and respected musician and throughout his musical career he has mainly played blues,blues rock and smooth jazz for various bands and sessions work. Earlier in his career he supported Cream, Amen Corner and other notable bands of the era.
