Shakedown Bothers fronted by 'Slim' Rick serve up a passion filled-performance of self penned tunes and lesser-known songs from blues masters and contemporary artists along with the occasional classics, all played in the Shakedown style
Slim accompanies his vocals with electric, acoustic and slide guitar as well as the harp so the audience can expect anything from soulful Delta to full blown Blues-Rock with a funky feel thrown in.
With bass, drums keys the band offers additional depth and feeling, all the way up to the full blues experience.
The Shakedown Brothers don’t mess around they just get stuck into their job of providing great entertainment with great sounds.

The band is based in the Midlands, and comprises seasoned musicians from a variety of musical backgrounds who have combined their talents to provide an energetic and eclectic programme of blues and blues/rock.
